Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY

Applicant must have a minimum annual income of ₹15,00,000.

Applicant should be 25 years or older and an Indian citizen.

Must possess a valid PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Income proof , and bank account.
INVESTMENT STRUCTURE
-
Minimum investment required: ₹3,00,000 (Three Lakhs).
-
The company reserves the right to revise the investment structure with prior notice.
BUSINESS MODEL & EARNINGS
-
Franchise partners can earn up to ₹15–₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on performance and business volume.
-
All commissions and incentives are subject to company policies and applicable taxes (TDS, GST, etc.).
GUARANTEED RETURNS
-
Franchise partners will receive a guaranteed income of ₹90,000 (minimum) from the 45th day of activation, as per the written agreement.
-
All returns and payments are processed only after successful business verification and compliance clearance.
STAFF & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
-
Kotak Mahindra Corporate will provide a trained team of staff, whose salaries will be paid by the company.
-
Office space & Infrastructure will be provided by the Kotak Mahindra Company as per the standards.
-
The partner must maintain operational standards and customer service quality as prescribed.
TRIAL & REFUND CLAUSE
-
The partner may evaluate the opportunity for 30 days.
-
In case the partner chooses not to continue, the investment amount will be refunded, subject to terms mentioned in the agreement
LONG-TERM BENEFITS

Upon successful completion of the first year, partners are eligible for guaranteed benefit continuity for 10 years, as per performance and renewal terms.

Renewal is subject to annual business review and compliance adherence.
COMPLIANCE & LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

The franchisee must comply with all RBI guidelines, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws, and KYC norms applicable to financial institutions.

The partner shall not:

Misrepresent Kotak Mahindra’s brand or services.

Collect money directly from clients/customers.
-
Offer unauthorized financial products or schemes.
-
Any violation may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
DOCUMENTATION & AGREEMENT

A detailed franchise agreement will be signed before initiation, covering:

Revenue-sharing structure
-
Branding and usage rights
-
Confidentiality and non-compete clauses
-
Termination and renewal terms
-
All documents (identity proof, income proof, address proof, and business registration) must be verified and approved by the Kotak Mahindra Corporate team.
CONFIDENTIALITY

All operational data, client information, and business materials are strictly confidential.

The franchisee agrees not to share, reproduce, or misuse any company data or communication.
DISCLAIMER

This opportunity is subject to company verification and approval.

Kotak Mahindra reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or reject any franchise application at its sole discretion.

The company does not guarantee earnings beyond the structure stated in the official agreement.
