These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern registrations for Volutracer OPUS Gynaec USG Program (the “Event”) hosted by Dr. Sridevi in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, scheduled for 28–29 March 2026. The Event focuses on gynecological ultrasound fundamentals with live demos and hands-on practice. Current ticket price on the site is ₹17,500 + GST. For support, contact +91 99122 71199.
By registering, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Purpose
The Event is designed for healthcare professionals and trainees involved in obstetrics & gynaecology, radiology and related fields. The Organizer may decline registrations that do not fit the intended audience.
2) Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds (Attendees)
a) Cancellations must be requested in writing (Call/SMS/WhatsApp/ to the contact on the event page).
b) Cancellations after March 25th are non-refundable.
Payment-gateway fees and currency conversion charges are non-refundable.
3) Registration, Pricing & Taxes
a) Your Registration is confirmed only after full payment through the website checkout.
b) All fees are in INR; applicable taxes and payment-gateway charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
c) Pricing and ticket availability may change without notice until a transaction is completed. Duplicate or suspicious registrations may be cancelled and refunded.
4) Data Protection & Communications
a) We collect the personal data you provide during registration to process your booking, issue confirmations/receipts, share event updates/logistics, and send post-event communications (e.g., certificate links, feedback forms).
b) We may share data with service providers strictly to deliver the Event (e.g., payment, ticketing, email, venue security) under appropriate safeguards.
c) You can request updates or withdrawal of consent for non-essential communications at any time using the contact on the event page. We retain records as required for accounting, legal and audit purposes.
5) Changes to Program & Force Majeure
a) The Organizer may modify the agenda, speakers, venue, schedule or format (including switching parts of the Event to online delivery) to ensure continuity or for reasons beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, public health advisories, government restrictions, strikes, internet outages).
b) If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer, you will receive a refund of the registration fee paid. Liability is limited to fees paid and excludes travel, accommodation or other consequential costs.
