Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to drive our agency's revenue. You will be the face of Leadraft, meeting with business owners, marketing heads, and decision-makers across Vizag (and beyond).
Your job is to identify businesses that are leaving money on the table and show them how our digital strategies (SEO, Performance Ads, Branding) can fix it. You are not just a salesperson; you are a Growth Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
The "Hunter" Mentality: Actively prospect for new clients in key Vizag sectors: Real Estate, Hospitality, Education, and Healthcare. You aren't waiting for the phone to ring; you are making it ring.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their pain points (e.g., "I'm getting leads but they aren't converting").
Proposal Defense: Work with the technical team to create custom pitch decks and present them to clients. You must be able to explain why they need a budget of ₹50k vs ₹1L.
Closing & Negotiation: Manage the contract negotiation process, ensuring profitable margins for the agency while delivering value to the client.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) pipeline. You should know exactly which deals are "hot," "warm," or "cold" at any given moment.
Networking: Represent Leadraft at local business events, BNI meetings, and industry expos in Andhra Pradesh.
Skills & Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in B2B Sales or Business Development. (Agency or Media Sales experience is a massive plus).
Digital Fluency: You don't need to know how to run a Facebook Ad, but you must know how to sell one. You understand terms like ROAS, CPC, Lead Quality, and SEO rankings.
English: Impeccable professional communication for corporate pitches.
Telugu: Ability to converse fluently with local traditional business owners is highly valued.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Slides/PowerPoint, and Zoom/Google Meet.
