Job Description
Role Overview:
At Leadraft Marketing, we don’t just "manage" social media; we engineer growth. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that likes are vanity, but engagement and leads are sanity.
You will be the voice of our clients—ranging from Vizag’s top real estate developers to emerging B2B tech firms. Your goal is to build communities, drive "dwell time" on content, and turn followers into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop monthly content calendars that align with the client's business goals (e.g., generating leads for a real estate launch vs. brand awareness for a local cafe).
LinkedIn (B2B): You know that the 2025 algorithm favors "conversational content" and personal branding. You will manage personal profiles for CXOs and company pages.
Instagram/Facebook (B2C): specific focus on Reels strategy, Stories for engagement, and community building.
Copywriting: Write compelling captions that hook readers in the first line. You understand the difference between "salesy" copy and "value-driven" copy.
Community Engagement: You are the first responder. Reply to comments, engage with industry leaders, and manage DMs to ensure no lead is left cold.
Analytics & Reporting: Move beyond "vanity metrics." Report on Engagement Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Leads Generated. You will use these insights to pivot strategies monthly.
Trend Spotting: Identify trending audio/formats relevant to the Vizag market and adapt them quickly for our clients.
Skills & Requirements:
Local Market Knowledge: You understand the pulse of Visakhapatnam—what the local youth are doing, what the real estate investors are looking for, and how to speak the language of the local consumer.
Content Creation: You don't need to be a pro designer (we have those), but you must be comfortable using Canva for quick edits and CapCut/VN for basic Reel editing.
Tools: Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and scheduling tools (like Buffer or Hootsuite) is essential.
Client Communication: You will often be the bridge between the client and our creative team. You need to be articulate and professional.
Crisis Management: Ability to handle negative comments or PR issues calmly and professionally.
